1. Definitions
"Customer" means the person or organization
that purchases the self fit Mosquito Nets or Midge Net from Sarahs Mosquito Nets.
"Goods" means the Self Fit Mosquito Nets and self fit Midge Nets.
"Order" means the
Customer's order for the Goods.
2. Acceptance
Sarahs Mosquito Nets will only accept an
Order when the Customer pays the agreed deposit for goods or if
needed urgently payment in full.
Sarahs
Mosquito Nets may refuse to accept an Order for any reason.
3. Prices
The prices of the Goods are as set out on the
Sarahs Mosquito Nets website at the time the Order is placed.
Sarahs Mosquito Nets reserves the right to change prices at any
time.
4. Payment
The Customer must pay an agreed deposit for the
Goods in full at the time of placing the Order or if needed urgently
payment in full.
Balance
payment to be made by bank transfer on completion of the manufacture
of goods and before dispatch of goods
5. Delivery
Sarahs
Mosquito Nets will deliver the Goods to the address specified by the
Customer in the Order.
Delivery will be made as soon as the goods
have completed manufacture, these are a made to order and made to
measure product and you will be fully advised at time of order when
delivery will be made
Sarahs Mosquito Nets will not be liable for
any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable
control.
6. Returns
If for any reason the goods do not
meet your expectation please contact Sarahs Mosquito Nets
immediately, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us
and your product will have been made specially to order, and as such
returns may not be acceptable or incur a restocking fee.
The
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a
resalable condition.
The Customer will be responsible for the
cost of returning the Goods to Sarahs Mosquito Nets.
7. Warranty
Sarahs Mosquito Nets warrants that the Goods will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from
the date of delivery.
If the Goods develop a defect within the
warranty period, Sarahs Mosquito Nets will repair or replace the
Goods free of charge.
If any damage or fault in the nets is
caused by being fitting incorrectly Sarahs Mosquito Nets will not be
liable.
8. Liability
Sarahs Mosquito Nets will not be
liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer arising out
of or in connection with the Goods, except to the extent that such
loss or damage is caused by the negligence of Sarahs Mosquito Nets.
9. General
These terms and conditions are governed by English
law.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these
terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts.
Disclaimer for Self Fit Nets
Sarahs Mosquito Nets will not be liable for any damage to any motor vehicle that occurs while the nets are being fitted, including but not limited to:
- Dents or scratches to the vehicle's bodywork
- Damage to the vehicle's windows or lights
- Damage to the vehicle's interior
- Any other damage that is caused by the fitting of the nets
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the nets are fitted correctly. This includes:
- Reading and following the instructions that come with the nets
- Using the correct tools and materials
- Taking care not to damage the vehicle
If the customer is not confident in their ability to fit the nets correctly the customer is advised to hire a professional to do it for them.
Disclaimer for Fitting Nets
Sarahs Mosquito Nets will fit mosquito nets for customers using the best practices and materials available.
However, there is always a risk of damage to the customer's vehicle or property when fitting mosquito nets.
This could include damage to the vehicle's bodywork, windows, or interior.
Sarahs Mosquito Nets will not be liable for any damage that occurs during the fitting of the nets. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in good condition and that there are no obstacles that could interfere with the fitting of the nets.
The customer should also be aware that the fitting of mosquito nets may void the vehicle's warranty. If the customer is not comfortable with the risks involved in having Sarahs Mosquito Nets fit mosquito nets for them, they should not ask Sarahs Mosquito Nets to do it.
By asking Sarahs Mosquito Nets to fit mosquito nets, the customer is agreeing to the terms of this disclaimer.
